Order declaring the Haliela Water Source Reservation Environmental Protection Area.

This Order is passed in exercise of sections 24C and 24D of the National Environmental Act, No. 47 of 1980 to declare the Haliela Water Source Reservation Environmental Protection Area (Haliela EPA). Schedule I of the Order contains the description of the limits of the Haliela EPA. Schedule II provides for the permitted uses within the Haliela EPA and Schedule III lays down the conditions for carrying out the permitted uses. Schedule IV and V provide for the composition and functions of the Haliela Environmental Protection Area District Steering Committee and the Haliela Environmental Protection Area Divisional Management and Monitoring Committee, respectively.
