This Order specifies that the Chilaw Lagoon and Dutch canal in North up to Mutupanthiya in the Grama Niladhari Divisions, within the Divisional Secretariats of Puttalam District in the North Western Province, as mentioned in the attached Scheduled Survey Plan of Survey Department with GPS position is designated as a Fisheries Management Area.
