Abstract
The Order determines projects and undertakings for which approval is required according to Part IV of the National Environmental Act 1980. In particular, it contains (a) a list of projects and undertakings located wholly or partly outside the coastal zone (Schedule, Part I); (b) a list of projects and undertakings located in the areas specified in Part II of the Schedule; (c) a list of special protected areas according to the legislation in force.
