Abstract
These Regulations establish the amendments of the High Seas Fishing Operations Regulations No. 1 of 2014 published in Gazette Extraordinary No. 1878/12 of September 01, 2014. Amendments deal with the following issues: Sea Birds and Tag Species; VHF radio installation together with HF/MF (SSB); Satellite based Vessel Monitoring System equipment; Unauthorized fishing gears shall not be taken on board of the fishing vessel; No person who operates in the high seas shall transship fish to any other boat at sea or any port without the prior written approval of the Director-General; FAO standard specification for the marking and identifications of the boat, etc.
