Abstract
Section 16 is amended as per the presence of scales in the premises where rubber is sold in order to weight the rubber in accordance to the provisions in the former Act. Section 25 is amended as per the export charge to be paid in agreement with the rate approved by the Controller or Parliament. Section 52 is amended as per the definition of rubber estate and small holding.
