Soil Conservation (Amendment) Act (No. 57 of 1981).

This Act amends several sections of the Soil Conservation Act including inserting a new section 11 concerning the Coastal Zone. The Coastal Zone is defined in the Coastal Conservation Act (No. 57 of 1981). All regulations made under section 6 do not apply to land situated within the Coastal Zone and the Minister is not empowered to make any Order under that section in relation to the land within the Coastal Zone.
