Abstract
Regulations to impose restrictions on the catching and marketing of spiny lobsters and prawns. Restrictions regard the use of gear, size, taking of eggs or young lobsters. Catching, having in possession, sale, exposing of exporting of lobster require a permit issued by the Director. The Director may demarcate areas as may seem necessary for the breeding and protection of lobsters. Persons processing or exporting lobsters or prawns shall keep records of number and weight of fish and from whom the fish was received, and the weight and number of containers of fish exported.
