Abstract
This Act amends the Tea Research Board Act. Sections 5, 6 and 7 are amended as per minor variations in the text. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings concerning the prevention on the import of any tea planting material, by amending the nominated members appointed by the Minister and repealing specific sections of the principal enactment.
