Wildlife Protection Society Act.

This Act incorporates the Wildlife Protection Society of Ceylon into a Corporation. Objectives of the Corporation include to assist and cooperate in the prevention from destruction of wild animals and plants as well as encourage the preservation of wildlife in Sri Lanka (sect. 3). There are sections relating to the rules of the Corporation and debts and liability of the Corporation. The Corporation has the capacity to own and hold on to property for the purposes of the Act (sect. 10).
