Act to amend the Agricultural Law to provide for the prevention of water pollution and to protect the marine life within the rivers and streams of the Republic.

Section 1.4 of the Agricultural Law, relative to authority and responsibility of the Minister of Agriculture, is amended by adding thereto a new subsection (k) which reads as follows: (k) Upon approval of the President, promulgate rules and regulations pertaining to the protection of the marine life within rivers and streams and the prevention of water pollution within the Republic.
