Act to amend Section 6, Subsection 6.1 of the Act creating the Forestry Development Authority.

This Act amends the Act creating the Forestry Development Authority in section 6 with respect to the composition of the Board of the Forestry Development Authority (subsection 6.1) and by repealing subsection 6.4. That subsection prohibited a Director of member of his immediate family to hold any financial interest in a forestry concession or in any auxiliary under taking in Liberia.
