Abstract
This Act provides for the establishment of the East Nimba Nature Reserve and defines its boundaries. The Reserve shall be managed as a permanent component of the Protected Forest Area Network in accordance with such rules as may be issued by the Forestry Development Authority. A definition of “Nature Reserve” is given.
