The Investment Act of 2010

After a preliminary part, this Act, which applies to all enterprises, establishes, in its second part, a framework for private investment (rules for the establishment of enterprises, benefits and incentives, prohibition of discrimination)and investment guarantees (against expropriation, from Intellectual Property Abuses).This part also sets provisions for the access to public information, the protection against the Retroactive Application of Adverse Laws, the repatriation of Capital, Profits and Dividends. The last part deals with repeals, transitional provisions and the entry into force.
