Abstract
These Regulations apply to applications for reconnaissance licenses in Liberia's offshore basins without competitive bidding, requiring companies to (i) apply to the Liberia Petroleum Regulatory Authority (LPRA); (ii) meet the following requirements: applicant company's details, incorporation information, area description, desired license period (max two years), proposed work and budget, financial and technical capability evidence, and an environmental impact assessment; (iii) pay an annual fee.
