Regulation on Assistance to Owners of Private Forest Lands (FDA Regulation No. 5).

This Regulation provides rules for the planning and management of forest exploitation operations on private land and makes provision for technical assistance by the FDA to owners of forest who whish to implement operation plans. The 15 sections are divided into 5 Parts: Definitions (I); General Rules (II); Forest Management (III); Forest Clearcutting (Salvage) (IV); Repealers and Effective Date (V).
