Abstract
This Regulation provides for the protection of wildlife in Liberia by requiring hunters for- and traders in- wildlife to obtain a permit from the Managing Director of the Forestry Development Authority (sect. II), to prohibit hunting in protected areas (sect. III), to require a business certificate for the sale of bush meat (sect. V), to define offences and prescribe penalties for offences related to hunting and killing of animals (sect. VI), to classify protected or endangered animals (sects. V and VI) and to prescribe an annual hunting period (sect. VII) and administrative fees (sect. IV).
