Regulation of Waybills (FDA Regulation No. 3).

A Regulation to regulate waybills for the transportation of timber and timber products to export ports or processing plants for purposes of control on transportation and exportation of forest products. The 28 sections are divided into 7 Parts: Definitions (I); General Obligations (II); Timber on Bushlandings and on Transit (III); Export Timber at the Port (IV); Local Logs at the Sawmill (V); Duties of Regional Office (VI); Repeals and Effective date (VII).
