Abstract
These Regulations prescribe the duty to obtain a permit for the importation of sorghum or sorghum products. The application for a permit shall be addressed to the Principal Secretary or a Marketing Officer of the Ministry of Agriculture and Marketing. The permit shall be valid for one month and only in the district of issue and sorghum shall enter the country only through the border post designated by the Principal Secretary. Marketing Officers may seize illegally imported sorghum. (8 regulations)
