Abstract
These Regulations prescribe the duty to obtain a licence for the purchase of sugar for sources other than the Lesotho Flour Mills through its subsidiary Lesotho Sugar Packers. The application for a permit shall be addressed to the Principal secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Marketing. The permit shall be valid only in the district of issue and sugar shall enter the country only through the border post specified in the permit.
