Land Regulations 1980 (L. N. No. 15 of 1980).

These Regulations implement provisions of the Land Act and provide for miscellaneous matters such as tasks of Land Committees in relation to land allocation, inheritance of allocated land , drawing up of deeds and registration, applications for public servitudes, boundaries, rents, fees and development charges, and consent to leases of development areas. (Schedules: form notice to vacate land unlawfully occupied land; form of application in terms of section 35 of the Land Act; application for the creation of a public servitude (1); rates of ground rents or occupation fees in respect of leases or licenses (2); development charges (3)).
