Abstract
This Act establishes the Millennium Challenge Account - Lesotho Authority as a corporate body and its Board of Directors. The objective of the Authority is to reduce poverty in Lesotho through economic growth. The Authority shall implement projects and activities as contemplated in the Millennium Challenge Compact concluded between the government of the United States and the Kingdom of Lesotho.
