Abstract
The Proclamation prohibits sale within the country or export for sale of game biltong, hides, skins and flesh irrespective of whether the game has been captured or killed within or beyond the borders of Lesotho. It also makes it an offence for any person to sell those prohibited products. The Schedule sets out the animals that are classified as game.
