Abstract
The Special Investigation Service and the National Paying Agency under the Ministry of Agriculture agree that cooperation between the Parties shall be based on justice, proportionality, respect for human rights and freedoms, and the principles of openness and confidentiality. Under this agreement, the parties undertake to cooperate in the following fields: (a) exchange of information on economic entities, bring them to the applications for assistance under Measures in support of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) administered by the Agency; (b) exchanging information on possible irregularities concerning the Agency administered by CAP support measures, and Special Accession Program For Agriculture And Rural Development (SAPARD); (c) exchanging information on manifestations of criminal corruption while receiving support under the CAP support measures and Special Accession Program For Agriculture And Rural Development (SAPARD); and (d) providing advice and all kinds of assistance related to the implementation of functions assigned by acting legislation.
