Abstract
This Decree regards disbursement of funds allocated by the European Union as investment program for the period of 2014-2020 related to environment, sustainable use of natural resources and adaptation to climate change. It establishes requirements for the applicants regarding preparation and submittal of applications for financing. Only legal persons shall be considered applicants. The distributor of funds in the form of non-refundable subsidy shall be the Ministry of Environment. The scope of environmental monitoring shall be to improve the system of hydrological, meteorological observation, forecasting, modeling, hydrometeorological and climate services, monitoring of air quality and collection of environmental information, monitoring of forest condition, use, restoration, establishment and protection.
