Decree No. V-1142 of the Minister of Health on management outpatients of social service institutions, communities and patients of communal healthcare facilities for childcare.

The Minister decrees that if catering is organized for the recipients of the service, priority shall be given to the organization of catering in the premises where the classes are held for children. If this is not possible and meals can only be arranged in the common dining rooms, recipients must go in groups of one according to a pre-arranged meal schedule. Buffet meals, where food is provided by the recipients themselves, cannot be arranged. After each group, the common catering room must be ventilated and cleaned.
