Joint Order No. D1-119/B1-197 of the Minister of Environment and of the Director of the State Food and Veterinary Service validating Rules for wildlife management.

This Order validates the national list of invasive alien species (harmful animals) in accordance with the list of invasive alien species (harmful animals) adopted by the European Union. It also establishes the modalities of capture of invasive alien species (harmful animals), captive keeping thereof by specialized hunting (ranching) facilities with a view of preventing breeding, including hybridization, and reproduction thereof. Annex 1 contains the list of wild fauna species prohibited for trade.
