Abstract
Article 11 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Every batch of alcohol products manufactured in the Republic of Lithuania must have a declaration of conformity issued by its manufacturer. Alcohol products companies issue their own declarations of conformity of products in accordance with the provisions of the self-monitoring systems and the results of laboratory tests on the quality of alcohol products”. Amendment to the Article 341 specifies that in case of lack of quality certification of alcohol products can be revoked the license of the manufacturer of alcohol products.
