Abstract
Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The land reform process includes an analysis of the current state of land use, preparatory land management work, preparation of land reform land management projects, their harmonization, legal, economic and ecological justification and validation, special conditions for land use, land, forest and water use, land servitudes and other statutory restrictions on economic activity.” Article 10 specifies that agricultural land is sold to persons who use buildings or equipment used for agricultural activities on these plots of land when they are required for the operation of such structures or equipment; agricultural land parcels are sold to state-owned entities, who own land plots that are adjacent to the land plot for sale; priority shall be given to young farmers under 40 years of age who have registered a farm in the manner prescribed by the Farmers' Farm Act and who have used at least 1 ha of land for agricultural activity for at least one year.
