Abstract
The purpose of this Law is to determine the terms and conditions of credit related to real estate and the requirements for informing about these terms, the duties and responsibilities of the lender, credit intermediary and peer lending platform operator in carrying out the activities provided for in this Law. It applies to: (a) credit agreements, according to which the fulfillment of the borrower's obligations is ensured by a real estate mortgage or a right related to real estate; (b) credit agreements, the purpose of which is to acquire or maintain the right to the ownership of land or other existing or planned real estate; and (c) to contracts or their group, according to the content and/or the purpose of conclusion attributable to the credit contracts in clauses (a) and (b) of this part. When the creditor requires the provision of an independent (external) valuation of the real estate whose mortgage secures the fulfillment of obligations under the credit agreement, the borrower has the right to choose an independent property or business valuation company or an independent property or business valuer.
