Law No. XIII-1064 amending Law No. XI-2023 “On energy resources markets”.

Article 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: " In accordance with this Law and implementing legislation, the operator of the Energy Stock Exchange manages the energy resources exchange and organizes the central auction of biofuels, natural gas and/or auxiliary instruments on the energy stock exchange and organizes heat auctions in accordance with the procedure established by the Law on the Heat Sector."Article 13 shall be amended to add the following wording: "The operator of the Energy Stock Exchange is not entitled to engage in commercial energy activities related to the exploration, extraction, processing, production, storage, transmission, distribution, supply, trade of energy resources and (or) energy, as well as other regulated activities in the energy sector not related to energy resources exchange and/or heat auction management and organization."
