Law No. XIII-1270 amending Law No. VIII-1422 “On purchase of agricultural commodities”.

Article 14 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Information on the state of settlement of payments for agricultural commodities shall be submitted monthly to the territorial tax inspections, containing the following data: (a) trading companies whose income in the last accounting year was 1.5 million euros or more; and (b) agricultural processing enterprises, other agricultural and public entities purchasing agricultural commodities processing, use for their own needs or for catering and for selling and having an income of 0,3 million euro for the last accounting year or more.”
