Abstract
Article 3 gives authorized staff of the authorized state environmental protection bodies the additional rights of inspection and investigation of environmental complaints, ecological events (disasters), their causes and consequences. Article 12 envisages law enforcement procedure for compensation of environmental damages and losses caused by violation of environmental legislation. Article 15 establishes the procedure for the performance of inspection with a view of identification and termination of the violations of environmental legislation.
