Abstract
Article 13 (1) assigns new functions and competence to the authorized public institution in energy sector: (a) implementation of the National Energy Independence Strategy; (b) energy data collection and reporting; (c) research and development in energy sector related to sustainable environment; (d) certification of staff and processes; (e) promotion of renewable energy; and (f) storage of stockpiles of oil and oil products.
