Abstract
Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The atmospheric air is the weather in the troposphere (outside the premises), with the exception of the air in the workplace environment, which is subject to the requirements for the safety and health of workers issued by the Minister of Social Security and Labor and the Minister of Health, and with which other members of the public do not normally come into contact. The maximum allowable limit of atmospheric air pollution is the index of the level of atmospheric air pollution based on scientific knowledge set by the Minister of the Environment and the Minister of Health in order to prevent or reduce harmful effects on human health and/or the environment, and which cannot be exceeded from the date set by the Minister of the Environment and the Minister of Health.”
