Law No. XIII-656 amending Law No. VIII-1019 “On radiation safety”.

Article 7 (1) shall be amended to add the following wording: “The State Nuclear Power Safety Inspectorate together with the Ministry of Health, in coordination with the Ministry of the Interior, approves the inventory determining the risks of nuclear energy activities in the Republic of Lithuania and neighboring countries with sources of ionizing radiation and activities, the procedure for determining the emergency preparedness grades, accident grades, emergency preparedness areas and emergency planning distances for the preparation of nuclear and radiological incidents and for nuclear and radiological emergencies.”
