Abstract
Article 12 (1) shall be amended to add the following wording: “The activities of the Harbor Master are established by this Law, the Law on Safe Shipping and the Regulations of the Harbor Master of Klaipedos State Seaport Authority. The Harbor Master's Regulations, agreed with the Lithuanian Safety Administration, are approved by the Director of the Port Authority."
