Abstract
Article 12 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The Lithuanian Transport Safety Administration, having established that a new or changed or technically modified existing motor has been installed on a fishing vessel of the Republic of Lithuania, but the operator does not have a power generating certificate of the fishing vessel of the Republic of Lithuania, shall notify the Fisheries Service thereof.”
