Abstract
Article 14 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Economic penalties for offences listed in Article 13 of this Law shall be imposed by the State Environmental Protection Inspectors of the Environmental Protection Department, the state's chief environmental inspectors and senior state environmental inspectors.”
