Abstract
Article 13 establishes that the municipal authority may initiate municipal management of potable water supply by uniting potable water supplier with wastewater management with a view of efficiency improvement thereof. Article 14 establishes that the municipal council shall, by decision, designate a public supplier of drinking water and the wastewater manager in the territory of the municipal public drinking water supply and entrusts him to carry out public drinking water supply and wastewater treatment, separately or jointly.
