Order No. D1-187 of the Minister of Environment validating the Regulation on qualification of experts for certification of energy performance of buildings.

The Minister validates the Regulation on qualification of experts for certification of energy performance of buildings which sets forth educational program for professional training and attestation of the aforesaid experts. It establishes the Methodology for calculating consumption of energy from renewable resources in a building, calculation of electricity consumption according to the electricity accounting devices, calculation of thermal losses through the partition between heated and non-heated premises calculate. The Order supplies a list of technical documents to be used for analysis of energy performance of buildings. The qualification completion certificate must be issued only when the course is completed.
