Order No. D1-203 of the Minister of Environment validating the recommendations for analysis of documentation for complex land-use planning.

The Minister validates analysis of documentation (estimates) for calculating the costs of complex land-use planning. Recommendations establish methodological instructions for the compilation, modification and correction of prices of complex territorial planning documents. The recommendations apply to all planning levels of the territory: the preparation of integrated territorial planning documents (general and detailed plans) for the state, municipality and local area for the preliminary works prices, assessing whether these documents are being prepared and (or) modified. The scope of the Recommendations includes all stages of the territorial planning process provided for in the Law on Territorial Planning. The recommendations are addressed to the initiator of planning and the developer. The document contains calculation formula.
