Order Nr. D1-501 on the collection of information required for the preparation of reports and on reporting under Council Directive 92/43/EEC on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora and Directive 2009/147/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the conservation of wild birds.

This ministerial Order mandates that the Environmental Protection Agency (AAA) collect data and submit reports to the European Commission regarding protected species and wild birds every one to two years. Simultaneously, the State Service for Protected Areas (VSTT) coordinates the collection of data on natural habitats and species of European importance through the State Environmental Monitoring Program. Protected area directorates must submit annual data on Natura $2000$ management works to the VSTT by December 31. Every six years, the VSTT analyzes this information to prepare and publish comprehensive implementation reports.
