Resolution No. 415 on the restructuring of Fisheries Administration.

This Resolution concerns the restructuring of fisheries administration. The formation of fisheries policy and the administration of this sector of the economy is assigned to the Ministry of Agriculture. The protection of and control of fisheries resources is assigned to the Ministry of the Environment. The Department of Fishery Resources is abolished as a result of this Resolution. The Ministry of Agriculture is obligated to present proposals concerning the privitization of the branches of the State Fish Farming and Fisheries Research Center.
