Board of Public Utilities Commission Decision No. 1/15 of 2014 on General Authorisations and Registration Regulations for Municipal Waste Disposal at Landfill Sites

These Regulations prescribe the requirements for registration of providers of the municipal waste disposal service at landfill sites; the procedures by which the operator shall send a registration notification or a notification on termination of activities to the Public Utilities Commission; the information to be included in the registration notification and the notification on termination of activities; the information to be included in the register of operators; the procedures by which an operator shall be excluded from the register of operators and re-registered; the procedures by which the regulator shall inform the submitter of a registration notification regarding the time period within which it will be registered, regarding the right to commence the provision of public utilities, if a decision of the regulator to refuse to register the submitter of a registration notification has not been received within the prescribed period, and regarding the possibilities to appeal the respective decision of the regulator; the provisions of general authorisation to be observed by the operator in providing the municipal waste disposal service at a landfill site.
