Board of Public Utilities Commission Decision No. 1/2 of 2016 on Methodology for Calculation of Tariffs for Water Management Services

The Methodology prescribes the procedures for calculating draft tariffs for water management services by a regulated provider of public water management services. Among others, it provides for general provisions for the calculation of the draft tariff; costs to be included in the draft tariff; depreciation of fixed assets and the book value of written-off intangible investments; operating costs; tax payments; credit interest payments and repayment of the principal sum; calculation of the draft tariff if return of capital is included in costs; calculation of the draft tariffs for water management services; and accounting of costs and revenue.
