Cabinet Regulation No. 113 of 2014 on Basic Geospatial Information Data System

The Regulation prescribes the procedures for the maintenance and use of the basic geospatial information data system. Information to be used for the preparation of basic data of geospatial information must be maintained in the data base of important objects, regarding the following objects: objects of potential danger to aircraft flights; bridges; educational institutions; medical treatment institutions; wastewater purification installations; dams; springs; fords and ferries; office buildings of territorial units of the State Forest Service; water reservoirs, water depositories for firefighting needs; water supply objects; and repositories of fuel, gas and chemical products.
