Cabinet Regulation No. 130 amending Decree No. 772 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on quality requirements, compliance assessment, and supervision over market of biofuel and information of the consumers.

Item 7.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “with a certificate of conformity issued by a conformity assessment institution accredited in accordance with the regulatory enactments on assessment, accreditation and supervision of conformity assessment institutions or another conformity assessment institution accredited in the member states of the European Union. An accredited conformity assessment institution issues a certificate of conformity on the basis of an accredited testing laboratory testing reports, interpreting the results according to the requirements mentioned in the relevant quality standards or according to the following standards: (a) LVS EN ISO 4259-1:2018 "Petroleum and similar products. Accuracy of measurement methods and results. Test; (b) LVS EN ISO 4259-2:2018 "Petroleum and similar products. Accuracy of measurement methods and results. Part 2: Interpretation and application of accuracy of test method data"; (c) LVS EN ISO 4259-3:2020 "Petroleum and similar products. Accuracy of measurement methods and results. Part 3: Monitoring and Verification of Published Accuracy Data for Test Methods'; and (d) LVS EN ISO 4259-4:2022 "Petroleum and similar products. Accuracy of measurement methods and results. Part 4: Use of statistical control charts to confirm the status of "statistical control" for the performance of a standard test method in a single laboratory";".
