Abstract
The Regulation prescribes the requirements with respect to the environmental monitoring and the procedures for the performance thereof; the procedures by which an operator must control the amount of emissions and perform monitoring; the procedures by which an operator must provide information regarding the results of the monitoring; and the procedures, by which the State limited liability company Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre must create the register of polluting substances and ensure public access to information regarding the substances polluting the environment and the results of the monitoring performed by operators.
