Cabinet Regulation No. 197 validating the procedure for granting support for the implementation of area-based and animal-based obligations of the European Agricultural Fund for rural development.

This Regulation determines the procedure for granting, administering and monitoring support for 2023-2027 calculated on the annual basis. The support applicant application for support in the electronic application system of the Rural Support Service. The support applicant undertakes multi-year obligations for the next five years with reference to a minimum conditional cattle number and at least for the minimum area (field). The support shall be allocated for agricultural land (calculated in hectares) used for livestock breeding purposes and farm animals calculated by number of livestock. The support shall be allocated also for beekeeping for pollination purposes calculated as 10 hectares of agricultural land included in the organic farming system pollinated by bees and as 15 hectares of agricultural land not included in the organic farming system.
