Abstract
These Regulations prescribe the essential requirements for designing, manufacture and installation of such fixed reservoirs, which are intended for the storage of the dangerous chemical substances and chemical preparations (products) specified in Paragraph 3 of these Regulations, and the procedures for the supervision of the compliance with the referred to requirements, performance of the conformity assessment of reservoirs and market supervision, in order to prevent any threat to human life, health and the environment, by utilising them properly.
